After Selena Gomez released the heart-wrenching, chart-topping song “Lose You to Love Me,” she dropped another hit that’s all about redemption and rising up against challenges. “Look at Her Now” just makes you want to move and reclaim your power (in life, at the gym, wherever!), so it’s no surprise that fitness YouTuber Maddie Lymburner, who’s posted workouts to recent jams like “Bad Guy” and “Old Town Road,” chose Selena’s feel-good, take-on-anything song.
This workout consists of bodyweight exercises for your abs and butt, all within two minutes and 45 seconds of “Look at Her Now.” During the majority of the song, you’ll be doing two rounds of circuits that include side lunges, bicycle crunch variations, Russian twist variations (which follow the change in tempo nicely and include v-sit holds in between), and glute bridges. Then, for the last 45 seconds, you’ll do squats, squat pulses, and some squat holds — yep, lots of squatting at the end!
